Daiwa Resort Co., Ltd is seeking global talents who have motivation and passion.
Face-to face interview is conducted in June 2020 in London; everything else will be handled via online; and you do not need to go to Japan to get this job offer.
Japanese work permit will be sponsored by the company.
Relocation (to Japan) package will be provided by the company. Corporate dormitory is available (if you wish) which may make easier to set up the 1st business life in Japan.
Who should attend?
Current student or recent graduate (within 5 years) who can start working either from 1st April 2021 or 1st October 2021 (Negotiable to start earlier or later).

Degrees: Bachelors, Masters, Doctors
Experiences: Not required. (Fresh graduates or graduate with up to 5 years work experiences.)
Nationality: Any
Language skills: English (business) and Japanese (intermediate*).
*No Japanese language qualification required. N3, N4 level are welcome. Please feel free to contact us.
No Japanese test and you are welcome to attend the interview as long as we can communicate with a `conversational' Japanese level.

Job Description
Graduate program
Employment: Permanent, full-time.
This job position allows you to acquire deep knowledge of the inner workings of running a hotel.
Employees will get thorough training at different departments in order to gain a fuller understanding of hotel business, but their main duties will involve manning the front desk as receptionists.
Relocations to different locations within the company are possible,
and all staff have equal opportunities to be promoted to managerial positions in future as long as they carry passion and motivation towards self-improvement.
There are possibilities to relocate to other positions such as Hotel Manager, Planning and others.
Exactly what you will be doing?
- Starting from Reception Staff/Front Desk Clerk*;
- Leading to a job rotation to the company’s various departments including corporate functions based on wish.
- All staff have equal opportunities to be promoted to managerial positions in future as long as they carry passion and motivation towards self-improvement.
*Reception Staff/Front Desk Clerk allows you to acquire deep knowledge of the inner workings of running a hotel. Employees will get thorough training at different departments in order to gain a fuller understanding of hotel business, but their main duties will involve manning the front desk as receptionists.
Start working: Either April 2021 or October 2021.
Locations: Japan (28 hotels)
Relocations within the company are possible to different locations in Japan.
Package, salary: Details will be explained at the 1st interview.
Bonus: July and December (subject to the company and individual performances)
Appraisal: once a year (April)
